Consumer Goods Exhibitions in Permanent Venues

Required Documents:

1- A copy of the venue’s initial booking confirmation.
2- An action plan and a detailed visualization for exhibition.
3- A planner for exhibition site showing the distribution of exhibitors, visitor entry and exit path and emergency exits.
4- Duration for making decision on the request (Working Days). The request must be submitted at least seven (7 days) prior to the event date.

Consumer Goods Exhibitions in Temporary Venues

Required Documents:

1- An Integrated engineering design for exhibition site accredited by the Civil Defense and Municipality of the area where the exhibition will be held.
2- An action plan and a detailed visualization for exhibition.
3- A planner for exhibition site showing the distribution of exhibitors, visitor entry and exit path, emergency exits, electricity generators and extension cords.
4- The approval of landowner on which the exhibition will be held. Also the approval of secretariat and municipality of the area, city or governorate where the temporary venue exist.
5- A plan for risk management and environmental conservation in consumer goods exhibition.
6- Duration for making decision on the request (Working Days). The request must be submitted at least seven (7 days) prior to the event date.
