Event which held by specialized institutions in order to facilitate convergence with buyers and sellers on effective manner and events visitors are everyone and it is allowed with direct sales
Description of the service

An event held by a company or institution to showcase a range of products from several different industries to the general public, direct sales is permitted.​​

Service Fees 
  - One Week ​10,000 SAR
  - Two weeks - 20,000 SAR
Service Prerequisites 
    1- An Integrated engineering design for exhibition site accredited by the Civil Defense and Municipality of the area where the exhibition will be held.
    2- An action plan and a detailed visualization for exhibition.
    3- A planner for exhibition site showing the distribution of exhibitors, visitor entry and exit path, emergency exits, electricity generators and extension cords.
    4- The approval of landowner on which the exhibition will be held. Also the approval of secretariat and municipality of the area, city or governorate where the temporary venue exist.
    5- A plan for risk management and environmental conservation in consumer goods exhibition.

4- Attach required documents
5- Apply for the service
6- After processing the license application
7- Pay required fees (if needed)
8- Receive the license
