To register facilities and centers at the Authority's e-portal as a host to receive events and appear as a certified facility so the organizers can choose it to hold their events in it, you can register at the e-portal by selecting the events’ halls and attaching the following documents to list the site as a host of events: • Commercial register or a document proving the entity's license. • Civil Defense License. • Municipality license. • Photos of the halls. Keeping in mind that complete registration as a host of the event does not mean that all events will be approved to take place there. The capacity is then assessed according to the type of event and the number of targeted attendees; and then, accordingly, the specific event is approved or rejected.
In case that the location of the event to be chosen does not appear at the e-portal, please contact the administration of the events’ site (event host) to register the site through the Authority's e-portal. Then, after approving the host, you can choose the location and complete your application.

Yes, it is required to apply for approval through the e-services at the Authority's e-portal > the government approvals service
Apply through the e-portal > choose consumer exhibitions service for temporary or permanent establishments as you need; taking into account the conditions and procedures governing them when submitting the application, and noting that the accompanying events are licensed by authorities specialized in them.
Yes, the organizer pays a fee of (1000) Saudi riyals after the approval of the authority, except for consumer goods exhibitions, in which the end date of the event is modified only and then the financial fee is paid according to the extension period needed. As for workshops, training courses, and meetings, there is no fee for the amendment service.
It is prohibited to carry out any promotional activities for the event, including advertising in all its forms, before obtaining a license or approval from the Saudi Conventions & Exhibition General Authority
Yes, the license application can be submitted before the date of the event without a maximum period between the date of the event and the date of submission.
In the event of modifying the location of the exhibition or conference, the organizer must submit the amendment request electronically through the e-portal at least (7) days before the date of the event; and the justifications for the change shall be clarified, and the updated license shall be obtained from the Authority.
The event license number must be presented in accordance with the (Visual Identity Guide the Saudi Conventions & Exhibition General Authority).
